Do they make much of a difference over the ones that come with the RV's? Just wondering if it is worth upgrading when I have to buy an antenna for my Direct TV?

Well, I'm not sure because I haven't use it yet, but I have read most of the reviews and I talk to the lady on where I brought it from and she said that she haven't seen nobody brings there's back.
All of the reviews said they got anywhere from 5 to 15 channel, depending on where you at of course, it a little more powerful because of the component. Maybe someone will chime in who have this setup, I seen that some of the new rvs are coming in with this type.

I definitely noticed an improvement on my old RV when I did it. The new RV has a King, but in my limited use so far I am not impressed. I have a pointer on my phone because the cheapos at Puma didn't put a meter on there and I ain't sure which way to point it. I am camping in a couple weeks..I will try again.

Sticker removal and discovery of a soft Roof?
So excited to have our new 2507s!! While playing with it all weekend we are generally happy.
We did have to move the suspension bracket on the outdoor kitchen. They were not evenly placed on both sides and the fridge door was coming into contact with the top of the hatch door. Easy fix: we drilled a new screw hole in the base of the support and moved it up 1/2 an inch or so. Problem solved. It also opens the door up enough so my DH doesnt bang his head every time he walks to grab a beer.
Sticker removal was also a project. It really freaked out my DH, but why do we need warning labals and commercials for solar power all over the inside and outside of the TT? I HATE STICKERS!!!! Ended up peeling over 35 sickers off. Dont worry, I left the important ones about weight, etc.
We used to have a Viking 17fq and kept the cover for it, thinking that it may work on our 2507s.... Not so lucky. We are about 4 feet short. 😣. We are going to reach out to the giy that fixed our canvas boat cover and see if he can add a few feet. Really dont want to fork out the dough on a new cover!
While crawling around on the roof we discovered a soft spot. Where the seams meet, sort of next to the tv antena, there is a soft spot that almost has a visible depression. Is this something to worry about?
Oh, and what is this tool for? Our PDI was awful and the guy knew less then we did! He did not know what this was for.

I believe that handle is for the power jack in case your battery dies you can still raise/lower the jack. My connection is under the bubble level in the top of jack.

Added a furnace filter to the cold air return grille.
Opening was eight inches high and sixteen inches wide.
Glued and tie-wrapped four equally-spaced bamboo chopsticks (they're what I had) vertically on the back side of the opening to prevent the filter material from getting sucked into the opening.
Used commercial HVAC filter material similar to this stuff, trimmed to size:
It's very open-breathing as I sure don't want to impede the sail switch.
I don't need to filter dust, just keep dog hair out of the furnace!

Trying to get our camper that has not moved for 18 months ready for a summer of fun! Now that we don't need to travel with all the dialysis equipment and supplies, we can get our butts on the road again!

I would imagine not having your front legs extended helps too, I am always just cautious not to block them too high don't want it moving off the legs.

What did you do to your camper today?
Completed the third AC install yesterday. Many thanks to brad2388 for the support.

Flex Guard Wire Support Fix
Flex Guard Wire Support Fix:
Noticed wire hanging too low from rear of DS slide out. Looked and saw that the Flex Guard (saw this term on another post) wire support was broken where it was screwed to the frame.
Bought a door hinge to repair it. Pictures don't show it but where I bolted the Flex Guard to the hinge I put a piece of leather belt. The Flex Guard is sandwiched between the hinge and the belt so (hopefully) over time the Flex Guard will not be as apt to break at the holes with stress from the bolt/washer.
Can't believe the good luck. The spacing where the screws mounted the Flex Guard was exactly the same as the spacing between 2 holes on the door hinge.
