Got the new 12' x 26' carport put up today. Took the 3 guys 1 hr from the time they pulled in until they pulled out. Took TOWTA and I longer to move the hydraulic press out away from the garage and back in place than that. The darn thing weights over 300# and is really top heavy. Now to get the rest of the stuff put back or thrown away.

It's a bad design from Ford, all the 04 through 08 5.4 3V have the issue. The seafoam really doesn't help, Ford tells you to spray carb cleaner and let it soak in for 15 minutes, it doesn't help ether... I'm good for another 100,000 miles or so. The new plugs are better and they are not known to snap off... I'll let you know if they do when it's time! LOL

Got my winegard pathwayX2 set up to the windjammer here at home to find out some things.
Hooked the 211Z up in the bedroom to the coax connection. No connectivity. So I won't have to worry about buying a 2nd 211z.

Going to head to the next town over here in a little bit to buy an rf modulator, run rca jacks from the 211z to the modulator, then coax to the cable connection by the main tv so I can get satellite in the bedroom.

It will be 2 tv's on the same channel but better than what I have now.

I didn't think I had an outlet to plug an rf modulator into but there's one hid behind the tv. I figure I can get a power strip with a right angle plug on it and there will be room to plug it in back there but I'll have to take the tv down to do it.

Heading to San Diego tomorrow before sunrise... Had to get a few things done today in the sweltering heat wave we currently have. Since I traded in the 2016 Silverado 1500 for a Ford F250 Super Duty, I thought I would have to spend the day adjusting the hitch height. Nope, it's spot on from the previous hitch height. Boom!!

I never sweat so much in my life being in the bathroom of my trailer installing the PI EMS under the bathroom sink where the junction box was. Talk about being a sweaty contortionist.

Then installed the new Oxygenic shower head for the AWWATP. (Almighty Wife with all the Power) since she complained our last two outings about the water pressure she had to endure. *rolleyes*

And last but not least, the LPG Tank Sensor kit which required removing the tanks and putting the sensors on the bottom of each tank. Overall, a successful day.

Modification #2: Power meter install.

Got this "wireless" Drok meter off of Amazon: DROK DC 0-120V 0-100A Digital Multimeter

I was disappointed the wireless range could not reach into the camper So I had to run a USB cord from the battery box to the entry steps. I drilled up from there and mounted the display next to the control panel. I'm really happy with how it turned out! Here are the install pictures:

The manual is hard to figure out so I'll have to play with it to figure out what everything does...

Got the rf modulator put in, now have sat tv in the bedroom. I can take one connection loose and go back to antenna if I want to.

Had to take the living room tv down to plug in the power strip behind it. Remounting the living room tv is always a problem, not any room behind it and can't see. Hardest part of the job.

Had to remove the CB Panel and the oppposite side panel to get to the screws but I think it was worth the effort for the "clean" look without trim boards. Found a good match at Lowes for the 1/4 round arount the walls so that was cool.

This just makes for easier cleaning when we are out running around the trails with the furkids and we are just not "carpet people" Left the carpet on the slide just because it covers the transition.

As you can see this was a government job as every worker had at least 2 supevisors!
Great looking mod there DreiHunde[emoji106]

Awning tie down poles.

Made and installed awning tie down poles on my power awning. Used hose clamps for now on the inside pole and tie down anchor ropes. Will add holes in the poles later so I can anchor the poles at the bottom with stakes through the schedule 80 flanges on the bottom of the outer poles eliminate the anchors and ropes. Feel a lot better with the small storms rolling through right now.
