I found a small spot where the fiberglass? pulled out from under the trim, but not sure if that's the cause, or the effect of the swelling. All I know is it wasn't there when I covered it early Nov! I don't remember seeing it when I uncovered it, only when I pulled out from under it did I see it in the mirror

It feels solid, no sign of water damage inside. Also the center strip on the trim has pulled out from under the dicor, again not sure if it's cause or effect! See pic below⬇
