I built a few of those for some other people with Wildcats back awhile. As far as I know they are still working fine the only difference I did was use rod ends where they mount found that they worked better because no play at bolts also the ones I made for mine I have since removed them and went back to my old units as I like them better.

Found the rail for the large drawer under the stove not attached to the outside wall. When I examined further, I found nothing behind the wall board for the screws to grab. I ended up putting toothpicks and carpenters glue in the whole, and putting the screws back in. The I used double sided tape to wedge a 1x2 under the rail and against the outside wall, and another about a third in from the wall. [emoji51]

I think I saw your write up somewhere when I was researching. I wanted to put heims in like yours. Your mounts are awesome. But time was a factor for me and I figured this would at least give me a proof of concept that I could go back and upgrade if needed/wanted. Getting enough shop time is an issue currently with wife because of the little one. I love heims (use them on the jeeps) but I didn't take the time to order them in. The play on the bolts kinda bothers me a bit also. but I figure when you ratchet them to "load" that takes the play out for the most part.

However the upgrade was Wife approved after the weekend. there is still a small amount of sway, but not near like it was.

Got the new shoes mounted up yesterday
Hercules H-901 ST in a 235/80/r16. They are a 14ply full steel carcass. They are heavy! Sidewall are very stiff. Price out the door was just shy of 600 for all 4 mounted.

Sent pictures in for insurance, and have been in communication with Forest River to get part numbers for replacement parts. The body shop that will do the work is my FIL's so I want to help him out on the legwork side as much as possible.Click image for larger version

Picked it up from the dealer after they fixed some minor warranty issues, after dropping it off yesterday. They turned around the one jack (It was mounted backwards) and fixed the water pump problem: there was air coming in somewhere, so we couldn't get a decent flow. Should be all good to go. Then, on the way back, stopped by a car wash and rinsed the rest of the salt and crap off the bottom.

did you do one for each leg (50 amp) or one for 120 and one for 12v?

Update. Comprehensive did cover it. Check has already been cut. It's heading to the shop Sunday on our way to a graduation party.

My little rig only has 30 amps, interesting to watch the changing amp draw when things like the microwave are turned on.
