What did you do to your camper today?

I think it's a pretty good idea. Unlocked compartments on each side. Handy for a wheel fire, and the extinguisher in the opposing compartment is closer than the ones inside. I'll be looking at mine to see if I have space tomorrow.

I agree Glenn, not the best place to mount them. Even on the inside of the door would be better if space permits. Maybe some Canadians are immune to fire.

Grab the one on the other side... Those two compartments don't lock so it's a great place to have extinguisher access.

I thought I would add Winegard - Wingman UHF booster based on reviews and us not picking up higher channels when away from big cities. After looking at it I am very skeptical since there is no wire connecting the two units just push pins.

I had the wingman on my class A and now on my TT and have added it to several friends rigs all with good results. I live about 60 miles as the crow fly's from the TV transmitter and it helped to pick up more stations.

On that type of antenna, there is no electrical connection between the "steering" or "directional" elements. The smaller size elements increase the signal by essentially reflecting the signal between the parts. That would be defeated if they were wired together.
Sorry I can't explain it better. My one week of antenna theory in 1974 in the US Navy was a just in case feature so if we failed out of our advanced submarine weapons electronics course, we could be sent to the fleet as a general Electronics Technician.

Some of us are just to old to think out of the box. Modern engineering mindset here!

The 5 lb is closet to where a BBQ fire be an the 2 1/2 lb is on the driver side. Gives me enough time to knock down a fridge fire and get unhitched. The chances of a tank fire are slim unless you start it while changing cylinders.

This is the best place!

Unlocked was the key in my decision!

Cooler this morning so I went out and finally cut out my Reflectix window covers. I had planned to do this while camping but just didn't feel like it then. Reflectix is the foil sided bubble wrap insulation available at most home stores. Triple duty item, blocks light, reflects heat, and insulates. Once I cut one per side correctly, I just had to copy those for the other matching windows on their respective side. Made them a bit over size to pushfit into place. Haven't decided on making one for the BR vent yet. I'd probably make that oversized and use Velcro to hold it.
I finally installed the Oxygenics shower mount above the factory shower mount. Saves on filling the factory shower mount holes and gives two levels for showering.
While I was using a new tube of silicone, I filled in the floor holes from where I squared up the dinette table with it centered and firmly against the wall

The plastic valves cost CDN$4.88 each at Home Depot here in Canada. I know I could use Sharkbite valves but they cost CDN$18.68 which is just not justifiable for the convenience.

I gave it another try this morning with less trepidation about pushing the PEX lines apart and was able to get them installed.

Replaced the FW tank drain valve, too. I used a Valterra Universal barbed drain valve. It was secured to a drop down cover with two 1/8” rivets and a hose clamp. The drop down cover was just screwed into the coroplast. Easy fix. I re-secured it with 1/8” x 1/4” aluminum rivets with washers.

BUT.... there is a huge, Grand Canyon sized difference in bulbs these days. Probably always was. I have a few household bubs in my house going on 32 years. Put them in when we built the house 32 years ago. Replacements on the exact same circuit only last 5 to 7 years. Hope you have the good side of lifespan on your new bulbs.

Installed a new lock on my propane tank lock
Put the outdoor rug and xchocks that were gifted to us in the basement
and measurements for a couple of mods in the works before our next trip
