Since my 5 th wheel is only about 14 months old instead of taking a beating on trading or selling it I decided to do a couple things to it I would have had on the next one and add a little more value to it. I had the second a/c installed in the bedroom. It was pre wired. Also added the Lippert 3.0 Ground Control System. Took it out this weekend and had a site that was not well shaded. Normally it would have been a little warm for a nap but it was very nice inside. I can’t tell you how much easier setup was with the 3.0 system. No more X-chalks no more JT strong arms but every bit as stable. I know it cost me more than it added but less than if I would have traded. Now I’m an even happier camper.

Casey R, I did the same thing, added a 3rd AC about year ago. Last month installed the Ground Control 3.0 and used it for the first time last weekend. I like how easy it is to level the trailer now, no more blocks. Now if my TV had not decided to puke Monday I would be a happy camper....LOL

Installed new faucets in the Sunseeker. Got tired of having to use two hands to turn both waters on - now, only need one hand to mix the two....

Bathroom

Kitchen

The bathroom faucet is an RV faucet and used the regular PEX fittings. However, the kitchen faucet is a residential unit and I had to modify the water lines a bit - cut both PEX lines and used Shark-Bite fittings for the 3/8" comp fittings on the faucet. Worked like a charm! I'll get pictures of the mod under the sink in the next day or two.

Gave her her 'after-rally' bath. Got her all soaped and scrubbed and shined up, ready for the next adventure.

Flag Pole!

Last night I fabricated my flag pole mount and got it painted... installed it this morning.

I'm pretty happy with it!

So the cover makes it home! But you left a few gallons of diesel behind.. If you did not need it you could have just asked.. I'd have taken it off your hands.

[QUOTE=Macrosill;1900344]Took pictures of the roof. I noticed some black lines on the roof that go side to side. Looks like the plywood seams. From what I have read on the internet it is not unusual and is nothing to worry about, according to alpha systems. No leaks or structural issues. I am going in for service next month anyway and will have them confirm.]

Mine has done the exact same thing. I noticed it last year a month or two after getting it back from the dealer who did a yearly roof treatment. I asked about it the next time I was there and was told it was normal. Mine are 4 feet on center and appear to be at each brace. My roof was all nice and white before taking it in.

Before leaving the CG, I gave the black tank three drains and two partial refills. Still was getting crap out (excuse the pun).
Ordered a tank flush fitting from Amazon, along with a 2200 CuFt dehumidifier, and a table edge mount garbage bag holder.
We left the TT at the CG, going back next weekend. CG was cool, only charging us one night's rate for the left on lot storage. On the CG side of things, just shut off the water and pull the power plug. It'll be the last family camping before school starts and we are side by side with our daughter's family. Sweet not having to tow it home and back there for next weekend.

Since I generously left my portable Progressive Industries 30 amp electrical management system hanging from a power pedestal in North Carolina, I figured I'd better replace it with one I'm not likely to leave behind. Today I installed a hardwired 30 amp EMS with remote readout. The hardest part was removing the drawers so I could gain access to the power cord from inside the camper.

The pics above are the only ones I have right now, if you click on them it will bring up a larger image. If you would like more close ups, it will have to wait until tomorrow

Let me know what you would like to know about them

When bringing up the larger image it looks like you welded a standard door hinge to the bottom of the bottom step. Welded a tube to the hinge with a nut welded to the end of the tube. Then a threaded rod with a flat plate welded to the end of the rod. If I am right then no more details needed. The larger image helps.
