Of course I forgot to take any pictures of it.

We plan on buying the lumber for our main deck on Friday and hopefully getting it built this weekend.
So, here's what the first deck turned in to:

And here is what we built this weekend. It's still a work in progress as we need to add railings and we are going to move the steps. We also plan on building a 13x13 section to put the screen room on.

After a year of wondering if and when our cheap power tongue jack that came on our camper would fail, we couldn't stand it any longer. Replaced the jack with the Husky Brute HB4500. The original jack was just barely lifting the trailer and was embarrassingly loud. I'm thinking this upgrade is well worth my peace of mind.

Looks nice. Is it quiet? Where did you get it? How much was it? Will your tailgate clear it?

While camping this weekend the AC motor in our front AC decided it was done. I called a local mobile RV repair company and withing an hour they were out verifying the motor was in fact dead. As luck would have it (sorta) they had one on the truck, and since they were there I paid them to install it. Normally this is probably something I would just do myself to save some $$$ but since he was there, had the part, and it would make my wife happy to have that AC, I let him do it.

It seems to be a lot quieter than the old jack but haven't got to use it much yet. I can tell you that it is a lot heavier! I haven't hooked up to truck yet, we are reloading camper for next trip and have the front of camper jacked way up to level. I'll let you know how it works out after the next trip. I think I got a very good deal from rvauto.com, if I remember right, about 175 shipped.

That’s painful. The cost of my mods are way less expensive then a psychiatrist and marriage counselor.

Shhhhh!!!! Shhhhh!!! My wife will hear you. She already has me on a diet.

Today:
- I reinstalled the battery after charging it. (I forget to flip the cutoff switch when I took in in for repairs.)
- I had one of my propane tanks refilled for our next journey.
- Changed out the hose on the showerhead to a flexible metal one rather than the plastic one.
- Added a shelf in one of the cabinets over the sink for DW.
- Brought the rechargeable LED vanity to recharge.
- Build some drawers for under the bed (Will install later this week.
- Repaired a cabinet door catch that came off because of overtightening by the factory installer. The holes were stripped out.
- Rehung the tv and installed the Wally & Bluray

Finally after 2 years, I installed those cheap plastic cabinet struts. Took my time, predrilled, and after a few days they are still solid. The cabinet doors over dinette will require two to support the longer / heavier doors.

Finally I can load and unload those cabinets without resting on my head.

Cool. I just put several rubber bands on the handles and hook those to 3M command hooks on the ceiling

I decided to start on my "hole" projects. Before I could decide on where to drill for my auto antenna "radio upgrade", the rains came. Then I decided to check for placement of my black water tank flush valve install. Either the tank was made to fit the frame or vice-versa, cause both short sides jam into the main frame and the long sides push against the long sides. At first, I gave up but will recheck tomorrow if I can get it in between the V rods of the cross frame section. Guess I'll be buying a black tank wand ;(
Anybody installed a flush fitting on a wolf pup?

Yeah my wife said the same thing until last weekend when one of our friends used his projector and played a movie on the side of the camper and she said we need to get one. So I ordered a projector, screen, a additional 50' water hose, Equal-I-zer lubricant, and a screen door handle.

I’ve seen a few other work arounds like that, pretty inventive for sure. I am a bit worried the stress on the light “wood” cabinet frame is going to damage them. I’m thinking about cutting some strips of wood and attach as a backer.

The phrase "Give him an inch and he'll take a mile" comes to mind!
