We packed up and DH dragged 'er home. Put 'er in your normal place of residence here at home and we unloaded all the dirty clothes (the rest will be unloaded at my leisure*), came in and rested for about an hour, then DH went out and gave 'er a BATH, roof included.

SHEESH we didn't realize she had turned a very pale yellow until he washed 'er! Now she's sparkling white again!

DH seems to never be able to just "sit" (unless we're camping, then he takes to doing nothin' like a duck to water), he's gotta be doin' somethin'! I've told him he lives life like it's a bridge collapsing behind him.

*I am ever so grateful to DH for installing 50 amp shore power for us here at home. No rushing to get the fridge unloaded, etc. when you're tired from the trip you're just returning from.

shelf rails frame installed and ready to load the plywood to the top, notice the long roller ends> OC solved that by drilling out the nut threads and tacking it then cut and drilled a pin hole so I can change a roller if needed and they won't fall out.

I think it worked out pretty well, don't know why Glenn isn't posting pictures of the completed project. We even put a restraining cable on it so it could only go out so far and stay on the back 2 rollers. Glenn added handles that I forgot to make and install, my bad!

No worries, bike and the rack weigh 15 pounds more than the tire and rack that was there.

Way under the 125 pounds the bumper is rated for.
