On edit, I see this idea doesn't work for you: I'd likely make them outside of the bunk, would make it, and then would slide it back into the bunks.

They're expensive, but we absolutely love them.
Those look very cool, thanks!

Our kids often sleep in sleeping bags on top of the covers, as well. They seem to love it because it's more "campy"...

Nothing 😢 it’s at the shop. We had some minor fixes after our first outing. They’ve had it for 17 days! Hoping to hear we’ll be able to pick it up soon.

Ependydad...you are ambitious! Thanks for the tip on the water regulator. I had no idea!

This worked for today’s hitch up, pull, and unhitching because my gorilla tape got chewed up pretty good and was barely there after a 2 hour tow last week.

Not sure which post/mod you mean, but thanks and you’re welcome. Most of my good ideas come from other members here.

Checked the electronic dehumidifier, it had a band of ice across it. Took it in to my basement for thawing, back out in the TT this AM.
Pulled out all the flashlights and remotes, pulled the batteries from the remotes and stored the remotes in the TT tote in my basement. I've had too many Maglights destroyed by bad batteries. The batteries swell and won't come out, either. NOT covered by Maglight's "lifetime" warranty.
Suck and sealed all the linens in bags, now setting on the top bunk.

A friend has been successful with contacting battery manufacturer and they replaced his expensive high lumens flashlight, it was one of the big name brand battery manufacturer.

I am like you I remove the batteries from my non use lights for the winter and change batteries in the use lights this time of year just like smoke detectors every time change

Another tip if TV and other electronics are on a surge protector the manufacturer will replace them, it is some complicated long process but worth it.

What did you replace it with? Never heard of a blue tooth thermostat, also was that a 3 wire thermostat that you replaced?

I've had exceptionally bad luck with MagLite and batteries. Lost several to corrosion. PITA to have to keep removing batteries and I use good/expensive batteries.

My El Cheapo flashlights from the Dollar General use the same batteries and never have that issue

The Bluetooth connectivity allows you to control it from a phone/tablet device. I've actually kicked around doing the same but my cheapness creeps up on me!

Have that same thermostat in non-Bluetooth version. At least mine doesn't have the Bluetooth symbol on it. Didn't know there was a Bluetooth version. Don't like the fact it doesn't show the actual temp, just the set point. How much, where and was it worth it?

It was 84.83 final cost. Posted link on previous post. I just got it today, but do far I'm liking the ability to set with my phone. The sensors had gone out on the previous one and we were having trouble setting the temperature. Very easy with phone. Next trip isn't till 1st part of December, then I'll know better if I like it. Definately with it to us.

Love it! One of my favorite updates. It works the same as original if you want to know the temp. Just push on the up button when it’s in the off mode. Click image for larger version

Installed a Camco pump converter winterizing kit and it doesn't work as in it won't suck up anti freeze.
I just got through running sanitizing water through the system with the pump. Drained the FW tank and used less than 20psi to blow out the lines and then I installed the kit. Put the hose in a bottle of anti freeze, turned on the pump, pump ran but nothing sucked up.
I e-mailed Camco to see if they have any ideas before I pull the kit off. I can only think of the pump just failed or a clog in a kit component.

Pour a little antifreeze in that hose and prime the pump. See if it sucks then.
