Ours is right next to the house so I can't avoid it.

Added screen to my AC cover to keep insects out, wasps had made pretty good size nests in it.

Found sealant degraded on the front edge of the roof, ordered Eternabond, should be here Thursday and weather permitting, I'll reseal the roof.

How did you attach the screen to the AC had never thought about the bugs getting in there

Over last couple of weeks I washed sides, front and rear of Vibe. Changed linen and cleaned inside as well as refrigerator. Winterized and appears I may have wasted antifreeze. Looks like we are in for 10 days or so of good camping weather. I see a short trip coming. Starting plans for trip thru TX blue bonnet trail, thence into NM and CO and maybe Salt Lake City.

Nice job. I need to find a friend to do this too.

I live in Texas east of SA, and this should be a great year for wildflowers/bluebonnets

Moisture in RV

Can anyone tell me if you’ve had this problem. We travel from Tennessee to Florida each year, leaving 1st January and every year when we open up the fifth wheel it is dripping with moisture. It’s so bad I need to use bath towels to dry. We have a Forest River 2014 BlueRidge.

No. The only condensation we ever have is in the summer heat and humidity it may condense on the AC outlet.
For you to have that much condensation inside I'd suspect a leak. Are you parking it with the vents open so it can breath? I often leave them open to let air circulate.

When you close it up, put in a couple of large buckets of DampRid.

I'm guessing the when the moist southern air hits that cold camper, you're getting condensation. If you don't have a vent cover, I'd suggest getting one, opening the vent, and running the fan as you go down the road. Air flow will be your friend.

We used a bag of crystal cat litter for the same purpose and it’s worked great.
