No blow outs. After 3 years, and I checked them weekly, had 1 that had a bubble on the sidewall, and 2 of the last 3 were separating.

What did you do to your camper today?

Took two days but done de-bugging, washing and waxing. Also reapplied caulk where needed. Sure seems like a huge camper when washing it but sure looks nice new.Click image for larger version

Well this is all new to me, but I was jump started by these forums. We bought our camper just in time for deer hunting last year. Worked flawlessly though I kept it completely winterized.
But over the winter I was able to glean some great info off her as far as getting totes, organization, the much needed odds and ends like cord adapters, potable water hose and regulator, repair stuff, caulk, and etc.
Then upgraded the manual tongue jack with a Husky super brute and a rear observation camera.
Couple of good trips in and I haven't been caught by surprise...

So far so good. But it has only had a few hours of travel time so far.

found the fuse link to the 12volt charge station which had no power when it left the dealership.

Awning still jamming when trying to open - releases when closing and then I can reopen.

waiting on new antenna from dealership as factory broke the base by overnighting and stripped screws.

But my biggest issue is I'm still trying to find out why my FW pump with a full FW tank (to overflowing status) will not ump water to the trailer.
apparently this new water miser system is junk and is blocking the flow?

Rockwood techs have been of little assistance to date and everyone at dealerships on route to vacation destinations are booked for 4 to 6 weeks out.
really hard to shower without water.

Advertising hype.

I've had several televisions from big box stores in our R/Vs through the years and never an issue.

Have you guessed me yet? I am..... (Zappa)

Removed the stock 32” tv. Terrible set, took over 10mins to do a channnel scan, and had really bad off-center viewing. Put in a 43” Samsung 4K open-box buy from just before Christmas for 170.00. Works fantastic with great off center viewing. Weighs less, and consumes less power. Set allows direct phone to tv streaming that lets me look at the pictures I took, or connect my Canon camera to the tv. Fits over the opening, not inside. (Added a black cloth under the tv since the pic was taken to hide the wires) Had to relocate the mounting bracket just a bit. I might redo the wood framing around the set in the future if it bugs me enough!

The existing sound bar actually points in the wrong direction towards the kitchen. Considering adding one in the space under the TV set. Moved the cheap subwoofer to inside the tv cabinet behind the tv. “Engineers” who installed it had it located inside the storage cabinets in the back corner behind all the stowed stuff and on the outer wall! Could hear it better outside than inside....LOL!

While I was at it, the sound system did not have antennas connected for am/fm. So, I added. Had a much better speaker for the sub that fit, so I replaced while I had it out. Considering removing the crummy sound bar/sound system (that points in the wrong direction anyway) and replacing it with a drawer. Maybe when I get back from an upcoming trip.

Also discovered the stereo setup in the bedroom did not have any antennas connected either. Made some up and installed them as well. Seldom use that unit, but the time I did, wondered why I got no reception. I figured I was ‘way out’ in the boonies.

By chance do you have a winterize valve that pulls pink stuff from jug? During my walk through tech showed me. We did have to take the access panel off. Similar to water heater bypass valves

Good luck

Battery switch

Quick and dirty battery switch, then loaded up to head out for Memorial Day weekend

Yes, that is an alligator belt, nothing goes to “waist” around here.

Just hook up the trailer on the ball and pull forward on some level ground. Look at the guide (also online AND there is a Ford Utube video), measure and place the target 9-22" from the center of the ball. Measure from the camera to the target, from the license plate to the ball center, target to the ball center (I used the center of the target). One last measurement, tailgate to center of axle(s). Start the truck and walk through the prompts. Hardest part for me was getting Trailer name in I kept wanting to hit OK for each letter which backed up the menu 🙊
Do not use the above for your procedure, it's just an overview, use the factory guide! Watch the Ford Utube, see how simple it is and wonder why you didn't do it before
Thanks I just looked through the instructions for my truck today. I figured it wasn’t that hard and I’m sure I will say why didn’t I do this sooner. Hopefully next week I will have the time before heading up to the Pocono Raceway for the weekend. This weekend we are doing Rolling Thunder in DC with our motorcycles. Enjoy the holiday weekend.

Just got in my 30# propane tank to replace my single 20. Have to have it filled, but wasn't making a special trip. I'll call around Tuesday for pricing. I have at least two gas companies and TSC local.
Did a quickie test run over to the local high school for a mostly flat area to take proper measurements with the new TV. Looking at the numbers, I'm borderline on using the WDH (still properly setup for the previous TV). I'll make a seperate post about it.

Just put another vent in the bunk area, which gets no air from the other vents. Next it's a curtain track.Click image for larger version
