You might want to check yours to see how deep the welds are (they form a groove above that you can measure). I can send photos if you are interested. PM me.
I just replaced it with a new unit.

Added a second A/C to our 5th wheel. Ran a separate 15 amp power line over above the fridge, into the side pantry and down, and out the side of the RV. Will plug that into the 15 amp outlet at the parks, and the 30 amp for everything else.

I use all Protect All brand cleaner and UV protection Products. I've also tried Camco products as well. Main thing is, do it as your manufacturer recommends cleaning. There's other cleaning products readily available on the internet.

And today, I replaced the motor in the original AC, which had been singing it’s death song (a very high pitched squeal) during the last couple of trips. Wasn’t too difficult - I had more issues sourcing the correct motor than actually replacing it.

New Seating and Demo

I installed new recliners from 4Seating the Seatcraft Helios and started converting the top bunk to shelving.

Flustered the Birds Yesterday

Found a piece of 1/4" mesh hardware cloth and trimmed it to make a nice tight fit to close the bottom of the stock fifth wheel hitch. No bird nests in there this year! Watched them flying around today trying to get in. Sorry birds.

Installed four Goodyear Endurance tires on it. Plan to pull it out next week and de-winterize it. Then to the dealer for the service bulletin repair and then......

Go somewhere!

Interesting side note. The tire shop has a very small parking lot and there wasn’t room for my trailer. I decided to remove two wheels at a time and take them to the dealer for the tire install. Plus I wanted to go through the steps of jacking up the trailer and removing a wheel somewhere not alongside a narrow highway. The 12 ton bottle jack I carry worked great but I did find I need to add a few more wood blocks to my box.

Having a flat tire on a trailer is no fun, especially along side the highway. We carry one of these relatively lightweight ramps with us.

I started my dewinterization process yesterday. Pulled the loosely installed anode rod from the water heater and flushed the heater again. Filled the fresh water tank with water and a cup of bleach. Pumped water into all lines to push out any antifreeze and to get bleach water in all lines. Removed and stored tire sun covers. Today I plan to install a new CO/LP detector and reinstall my TPMS sensors, inflate tires if necessary, re-torque some hitch bolts, check propane levels, and ..........

Tugaloo is a really nice park but be very careful driving in there. The roads are very narrow and have sharp curves.
