To follow up, nano tape was a fail. Hadn't even moved the RV before the magnetic block fell off the wall. Knives stayed on it though! I'll be putting it back up with nano tape and screws.

Small task. Replaced the shower head holder. Now it matches the shower head.

I also had to trace down and re-attach a come loose neutral wire from the convertor to the neutral buss bar.
I have a 2015 2306 and feel your dinette pain. I can't weld AL, so I use screws and angle brackets to patch mine up. 50k miles, things will come apart. Just the nature of it, it seems. Some penetration on the welds would have been nice though.

Have you tried using pop rivets rather than screws. Pop rivets will allow a little flex. That may help.

Cleaned another 4" of snow off of the roof and just as I finished it started to sleet!

Camper is still covered in storage, but I scheduled my spring de-winterizing and inspection (April) with my dealer. Ordered 3 Morryde X-Factor crossmembers to finish out my suspension mods. Also ordered Sumo springs for the truck -- don't tell the DW she put me on a budget - alas the lithium battery upgrade is out for this year.

Replaced the 10AWG with 6AWG wire from the 30 amp solar controller to the battery buss bars. Have a third 100 watt CIGS solar panel to install come Spring. I bought the wire a couple weeks ago and added terminal rings to both ends, with black and yellow shrink wrap (no red left large enough) waiting to cut the cable in “half”, to lengths needed to reach the buss bars, bare ends go into the controller. EP Ever manual recommends 8AWG for my controller’s power level but the connections are the same on larger controllers and can handle 6AWG.
While checking prices on CIGS panels, Amazon had a Lightening sale (30 minute duration) on the compact panel so I ordered another. 29% off so just $199 for the panel. While I was checking on other panels, deciding on another compact or long standard 100 watt unit, the sale actually increased from 20% off to the 29% off just on the compact, COOL!
So I’m expecting a lot more power from the controller and wanted to maximize that safely.
While I was crawling around under the front bed changing wires, I used a cam strap around the bank to better hold the foam pieces I wrapped the batteries with for temp insulation.
I added an extra SAE connector 10AWG wire to the buss bars that is reachable near the storage door to run freestanding solar panels via a portable controller or to connect my stand alone battery charger.
If you read through your solar controller manual, you’ll find that they list the wire size recommended for its power level. My controller 12vdc power input limit is 390 watts, 92vdc at 25C. All panels in parallel. So 400 rated watts of panels will rarely reach the controller limit. If it did occur, I expect design tolerances will accept it. I’ll wait for problems before upgrading my primary controller.

Cleaned more snow off the roof. We've had an abnormal amount of snow in the past 2 months. So much that structural roofs are collapsing all over town. RV roofs don't stand a chance unless they are constantly cleared off.

Shakedown

Finally got this rig. 2nd shakedown trip, this one is about 1 1/2 hours up the road. Still getting things put away and finding new ways of doing things.

Eventually I'll get this new 230Ah battery installed.

Yesterday 50F out in PA, 60F in the TT at 3PM, ran the D/H & a small electric heater in it and took a nice quiet nap in there!
Stored the two new boxed solar panels on the bunk to protect them until spring out of the way.
Checked my batteries via Bluetooth app. Since November have been isolated from everything except the solar controller and the panels are disconnected from that.
2 were at 100% & 2 were at 99%. Great but at least 2 started out reading 102%.

Near 60F here in SE Mich. Drove over to where I store our trailer to see how it was doing. Removed 2 customers from spring traps I have set. Reset the traps and headed back home. Interesting that the glue traps haven't caught anything.

All else was in good shape except for the dead flies under the front window.

Boom, keep in mind that LFP BMSs do not take into account small currents. I had one LFP that did not take into account any current (in or out) below 0.7 amps. The BMSs I have now ignore currents below about 0.3 amps. Even a smart shunt or similar will ignore currents below some level (which in this case is user selectable but still has a lower limit). Trying to track very low currents introduces "noise" that can cause more error than ignoring some current.

As such, an LFP battery can be run down by small parasitic loads without reflecting the lower SOC in the BMS. It's well to check the resting voltage to confirm (roughly) the SOC.

The only way to avoid this problem is to fully disconnect the LFP.

Still working through 'resetting' the rig after a week of camping. The usual - get all the food out, give the inside a sweep & clean, treat the holding tanks, etc.

Didn't think I'd be replying to myself.

Anyway, I'd ordered up some Fox 2.5 rear shocks (Heavy valving) last week and they came in yesterday. Got one installed last night after work, did the other side today.

Already feels less 'wallowy' when walking around inside the rig. Will take it out for a spin this weekend, see what it's like.

That's ugly. Fortunate that the spindle seems to be reusable.

Any idea what precipitated this? Shoe anchor break loose? Outer bearing come apart?

I would bet my tuna sandwich your last theory is correct. I think the outer bearing cratered. No part of the outer bearing cage remained nor any roller bearings. The inner bearing cage was whacked but present along with several of its roller bearings.

Got in a couple adapter cables, SAE to 8mm power plug with multiple end fittings. Needed to adapt from my 120 watt folding solar panel to a portable 10A MPPT. I already bought adapters SAE to Furrion & MC4 to Furrion to use into my factory Furrion solar side jack that feeds the 12vdc lines direct.
Considering adding a second SAE inlet in addition to the one that feeds my installed panels into my mounted controller.
Still have my original unmounted flex panels with their PWM controller for a third power source.
Waiting for warmer weather to get started on my solar improvements;(

After spending the last week doing some maintenance such as greasing the wheel bearings and other tasks the wife loaded it up today for our trip out to Phoenix area. Going to see a few spring training games and then spend a few weeks just winging it before heading home.
