What did you do to your camper today?
Booked our next trip. April 28-May 2 at Tanglewood park. About 20 minutes away. We scored site 10 too.... The only pull through! More importantly though, is the fact that the utilities are "midship" which will work out allot easier than the other sites! This will be our second trip this year and second trip there total (and this year). I tried to get the weekend of April 9 too but it showed booked. We play allot of baseball at a complex behind the park, so it works out well.
After that, we will have 6 nights and 19 more that are already booked between the outer banks and Myrtle Beach. Will probably end up with several more weekends for baseball tournaments too.

I wish I did 2. The one I did is full with my sewer hoses. Now I need a second one to store our outdoor carpet.

RV folding ladder might be a good fit. 3.5"x 4.5", 6' or 7' long.

The bottom bunk just has a couple of folding cushions for use as a mattress, and we need more storage for our 8 week summer trip, so I build a bed frame out of 1" square aluminum tube, aluminum angle bars, and some 1x4 wood slats, so we can fit some rolling storage totes under the bed in the bunk room.
I'll post some photos of it installed in the camper within the next couple of days.
Bed frame assembled (sitting on our driveway)
Close-up of one of the center legs. I used a T-braces and angle braces to attach the legs to the side angle bars
The assembled legs (on the garage floor) before being assembled. I cut and sanded the 1" aluminum square tube to size and used angle braces (with #10-24 flat head bolts and lock nuts) to build the leg frames

Very nice, Lee!

Yesterday I finally tackled a couple of drawers. Fixed one entirely and got started on a second one but found that I likely lost the drawer slide during shipment; the box came awfully banged up. Now to call Rockler and explain that it took me 3 months to start my project and see if they'll help (unlikely, but it's worth calling).
And fixed our pots & pans drawer- the bottom busted the staples out on our way here. Glued and caulked it into place- going to see how my handiwork fairs today after it setup overnight.

Sorry if this is off topic but there are a lot of diy guys in here that might not always look at all the treads....
So I'm getting ready to change my oil on my onan 4K and the oil plug is right above the I beam of the frame so I'll be making a big mess most likely.... So my question is does anyone know the thread size of the oil plug? I want to replace it with a fumoto valve so that next time it's way easier and cleaner.

Used a pool noodle to cushion the steps on the bunk ladder
Mounted tv in bedroom
Used 2 adhesive hooks upside down to help store the sink cover which also doubles as a splash guard next to the stove

Had a new Dometic Briskair II 15000 BTU A/C installed. My 16 month old unit crapped out. Thank goodness Dometic has a two year warranty. My repair tech gave my 13500 7 months before it goes out also. Dometic is having issues with units built in 2014 when they changed over to new freon. I did buy an extended 3 year warranty from Dometic just to be sure, only $100, better than $900 to replace the A/C

Not so much of what I have done to my camper today, but more like what I have done over the last week....
Took our 2014 Flagstaff 27BESS to our friendly RV dealer - Keystone of Greencastle, PA - and had a 4" lift installed. Now, I don't drag backing into or pulling out of the driveway. Also had the bearings repacked and brakes inspected/adjusted.
Pictures to come in the next couple of days.
Guess I'll have to update the signature pic, too!

What did you do to your camper today?
I solved my drooping drawer problem - at least until mid-August. One end of my couch drawer drooped on my spring break trip to Glen Rose. The rail was loose/flimsy.
Stick pins "holding" bottom board came loose.
I took the rails loose and shimmed the rails toward the drawer which is narrower that the drawer opening in the couch.
It's still not exactly right but should last until we get to Goshen. I don't think the 3 rail sections match each other.

it's nice to see Keystone mentioned,...we went there from NC to buy our Micro Lite 25KS,.....really nice folks to deal with and we stayed the first night on their lot, where they have several full hookup sites for customers like us to do a shakedown night before heading home,.............

Nearly finished packing for our adventure to Ft Wilderness. Second time to WDW, first time camping there.
Finally installed oxygenics shower head I bought 6 months ago.
Started cooling the frig - that's when we know it is almost time to head out!
