Seeing as how Weezer is a lot prettier than you might have something to do with the finished product. You did get a highly polished set of poles thrown in at no charge. Someone else did too, but he seems to like to ***** about them all the time.

Got to use the modified roll out rack today. I like it much better than the ceiling mounted one especially with the removal of the plastic troughs on both sides and the removable lid for them. Much better design.

OC, does your tray require the welder? I do not weld so it would be made of 3/4 or 1/2 plywood.

If you get the garage door track with the angle riveted on it, you have to take the track off and put the angle down so the rounded part of the track is down so you can screw the angle down to the floor. You would have to use carriage bolts to attach the angle so the bolt heads don't interfere with the rollers. You also have to be able to anchor the rollers so they don't tip. If you can anchor the rollers to the plywood, you should be able to do it. I welded the track and made the frame out of 1-1/2" x 1/8" angle and welded everything. Here are pictures of Glenn Jurcyzk's rack.

Awning brackets from OC installed today. Decided to use paint poles, drilled them and installed on awning. A relief to get this done do not like using the awning without them did not realize how flimsy the electric awning was until I used a couple of times. With the poles mounted to awning it appears that one would have the best of both manual and electric awning when tied down. Next need to get the remote!!

So some of you have OC's awning poles. And some of you reported that things were steady during a storm. But what keeps the awning itself from billowing in the wind? I'm not talking about the ends flapping. What I mean is the sail like up/down of the awning when the wind blows?

Installed an electronic keypad door lock on the 5er. Now I won't have to worry about the son losing the keys at Oshkosh this year. He did it the last two years. Found em both times, but this year he isn't getting any keys.

Installed bug screens on fridge intake and exhaust vents, installed bug screen on furnace vents. As easy as they were to install it's not hardly worth mentioning. Trying to figure a way to bug proof the A/C units. On a previous 5r the mud daubers built nests that stopped the fan from turning, had a heck of a time getting it cleaned out.

You simply attach ratchet straps to dirt screws that are screwed into the ground and the other end to the awning brackets and tighten them down.

I think he means the sides of the fabric - since you cannot use those de-flapper brackets that attach to the awning arms and grip the edge of the fabric...you cannot use those on a power awning

Seems to me someone figured out how to use de-flappers on a power awning.
Probably OC

The sensor on the black water tank hasn't worked for sometime and had registered a constant 3/4 full regardless of how full it really was. So.... I flushed and reflushed the tank three times while using the built in black tank flush and voila, the sensor works again. Filled the tank again and added 2 cups of Calgon per other threads in the forum for future protection of the sensors and it smelled pretty good too. Will continue to add Calgon every other dump. May consider making my own Calgon in the future using one of the recipes I found on line. Hopefully this will eliminate future sensor problems of my black tank.

How do you like it and which keyless lock did you buy? I have been eyeing those for a while now.
