Brought my camper home from 4 beautiful days in some of West Virginia's most magnificent mountains at Seneca Rocks. Beautiful scenery!

Thought maybe you had "roof noise" issues.

LOL...nope, no roof noise...actually I think the tire was there as a leftover of the dock they had improvised next door we were sandwiched between 2 families from the same town and they were rebuilding a pontoon boat they launched it the 4th and were using tires at the dock as bumpers LOL
Something OC might like to try in FL -- our neighbors were long term campers (he worked local construction at Browns Ferry) - he had 3 or 4 5 gallon pails full of dirt and was growing tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers

There may be a point where RV mods become a full time profession, leaving no time get out and exercise and look around. And, by the way, posting and reading on this forum is also time consuming

I hate to say this but it sounds like you have a SERIOUS wiring/electric issue awning lights...interior lights messing with the TV...common theme Prothos...how old is your rig?

Possibly Honestly? I work in the space industry where everything is computerized. I enjoy "puttering" around the camper both at home and in RV camps...meet neat people too..musta had 10 folks stop by this weekend when I was installing the awning poles...they may be rednecks but they are fabricators LOL ... Guy next door was installing the FRF PVC awning pole mod I showed him on my iPad when we left today LOL

Actually, I can't be judgemental on time spent on RV mods, for I am always tinkering with my bicycles, boat, ATV, camper. Then there's always the house and yard

I got them here Portable RV decks and steps
But to me and the wife they are worth it. They fold up small can put them behind my 5th hitch and tail gate.

These are brilliant. My future worries have now been resolved. Thanks for sharing, when the time comes I shall be ordering a set of the steps and probably the deck too.

I installed our Maxxfan in the kitchen vent finally. Tested it while I was doing other things inside (sweeping, cleaning) and it worked well. The remote is really handy especially in this location, without it I would need to drag out the ladder to open the vent and turn the fan on and off
I also got my new LED light strip installed on the channel the awning slides into.
I need to take this thing camping soon so I can enjoy what I have done to it recently!

How hard was it to install the Maxxfans? My new TT does not have any covers over the roof vents, so I need some (I, um I mean the kids, leave them open all the time)... I would rather not have to pay someone to do it if at all possible

Takes longer to haul the tools up to the top.
Drill 4 holes and mount brackets then bolt on cover.

Buy the Camco Vent covers on Amazon Cheap!
Like Turbs says, take 15 min to haul up drill, toolbag & so forth
Install vent covers in 5 min

Finished what will probably be the last project before Goshen
I hated it that I did not have a nightstand like 6 Actual.
I fixed that.
