Now that the freezing weather is almost over, I dumped and flushed the holding tanks and drained the water heater and left the anode out for a few days.

Would open all the faucets, but with CRS, would probably pull a Timmy and flood the camper when I hook up to city water.

We were to head out to Kemah Tx yesterday but mother nature dropped the temps from the 70's into the teens and also blessed us with 1/2" of ice with snow to come tomorrow. Postponed our trip and lost our deposit but I guess it pretty cheep when one thinks about the cost of a potential wreck.

What did you do to your camper today?

Started ordering stuff. This is just a couple things.

Locking gas cap for the onboard fuel. Don't want someone to try and take 40 gallons of fuel.

Led bulbs. I'll take before and after photos.

I'm in the process of putting 2 12V 160 watt each monocrystillin panels on the roof and a 40 MPPT charge control to 375AH battery bank. I have the wiring ran from roof to the controller and battery bank so all is left is mounting the panels once the weather clears up. Next going to be installing a Cotek ST2000 True Sine Wave inverter, it has a built in transfer switch. All that tied to my shore power, 5500 watt Onan, and 50amp Progressive surge protector and 50amp transfer switch. I should't need the Onan generator anymore except to run the 2 A/C's if there's no shore power. I'm excited about getting this project done once this icey weather is gone. We camp a lot where there isn't any shore power available. It's been a fun project for me.

Going to return the LED lights I got and get the flat warm whites.

Both pictures were taken with the same settings.
F-Stop - 3.5
Shutter time - 1/13
ISO - 1600
Focal Length 18mm
No flash

Top picture is the regular bulb. Bottom picture is the LED's. You can see the LED's are not as bright and they are blue... They actually have more blue to them than the pictures shows.

Called the dealer to check on the status of the warranty repairs. All done and ready for pick up Friday AM for a beach trip. New toilet, power tongue jack, added battery disconnect switch. Adjusted door striker. They'll wash it in Thursday and my service guy will turn the fridge on for me before he leaves Thursday for the night.

I had the same issue with the interior LEDs I bought, they weren't bright enough. The ones I used for the exterior marker light worked good though. I haven't tried any others for the interior again yet. I can't tell which ones for the interior LEDs are the right ones to get that are still bright without being blue. I need bright enough light light encondesant bulbs are so I can see. Can you post the next set you try if they work?

Today I dropped both of the aluminum underbelly storage drawers I fabricated off to the Line-X applicator I use to get squirted when he can work them in with another job to save me some $$$ over the next month. They'll be done in time for the start of this season. Pictures upon their return.

Will do. I was surprised how blue they were.

OK, for the couple of PMs about these, here's a couple photos at about 95% fabrication. Finishing and dressing of welds is just sufficient to level since the drawers are getting Line-X coated. Latches have been keyed alike to all of our camper compartments, which have been re-keyed.
