I usually talk myself out of things that might upset me, however having a new Roo 23IKSS I am thinking of installing a Dirt Devil Central Vac

It is easy to do on a Steel wheel! A (Mag Type) wheel REALLY shows the Problem! Youroo!! Also it is Hard to put air in the Tire when the Stem is on the (Inside)!

I bought a brand new flatbed trailer from Lowe's once, didn't realize the lug nuts were on backwards (tapered end out) on one wheel. Got about 200 miles down the road (with a very big load), and heard a noise after coming to a stop on taking off again. The lug holes had reamed out so bad when I jacked it up, I could almost pull the wheel off over the lugs. Didn't seem like a big deal to Lowe's until I showed the pics, and the walked them out to their new trailers and found two more wheels with the lugs the wrong way. Lucky nobody got hurt.

Hope the damage isn't worse than this.

I guess you can always put the sticker back on.

Installed "OldCoot"'s Awning Pole Hold Kit on the Silverback....great idea....really like the way everything stores for travel without having to remove the poles....works great.

Cut off bedroom door to keep from dragging and installed a magnetic door stop to hold the door back during travel.

I did tell the dealership about it and they said they would submit it but that a factory tech would probably want to see it.They didnt say if that would happen at thier place or mine and since we bought it to use it it wont be sitting on thier lot for a month this summer waiting. The only time we are not booked is october and nov 1 we are headed south for the winter,so thats the "window". I also found a spot on the lower left front corner that is crushed from the bottom up.The OSB that makes up the front bulkhead is all ragged and hanging out of the molding on the bottom edge.

Did final packing for a 5 day trip! Geo Method in the Grey Tanks and Black tank for the first season flush. DW loaded up clothes and food. I have the truck all loaded and gassed up ready to hitch in the morning.

Oh you're right...I really didn't look at it, just put it on as a back-up as I left the jack on and brought the old tire to the shop to get fixed.

(And I have 2 other tires with crappy valves that I'll be bringing in....GRRRR)

Just cancelled my first trip in May and changed it to be a flying/hoteling trip instead. Our new first trip is likely to be the start of our year-long adventure- 64 days!

Took a plastic electrical box and installed a battery disconnect switch and a small blue indicator light in it . Then ran the + bat. wire to it and connected it to my battery box Also put a hook on it to hold hold the removable key which I also had chained to the box Click image for larger version
