Almost Overflowed !

I run a dehumidifier in the 5er when we are not using it. It sits on top of the island counter with the drain hose resting in the sink. I went inside the 5er today to check on something and both kitchen sinks were half full !
Needless to say I will check my galley tank more often when parked at home.

This is why I leave my rear AC on and set at 85. Its amazing to watch how much water will come off the roof when its running. We live in NE Alabama and it gets humid and hot. Using the A/C I can leave food in the pantry without worrying about the temperature.

Had some time today so I finally finished my LED light installation.

One under the door canopy. I tied this one in on the porch light.

One strip each under both PS slides. I had some under the coach already. I tied these into the cargo bay lights.

Little things...

I made a nifty shower curtain and put some wooden cubbies and key hooks near the door for our stuff that's usually laying around near the doorway.

Ran HDMI and Cat5e cables from my living room entertainment center to my bedroom TV and basement. Now I can watch HD programming from my Dish receiver at all locations.

Installing a retractable extension corn under the sink in the outdoor kitchen
(2011 sabre BHOK) used one of the cord units that you see on the outside of 30 amp campers. Click image for larger version

I just replaced the locks on my trash door and the outside shower with regular latches. If someone want my trash that bad, they can have it!

I don't have those fancy WD bars most of you good ole boys have. Mine have the chain on one end. I lay the "L" end across the support for the front electric stabs and hang the chain end on the bracket the chain hooks to in travel mode. Then lock the chains together with the safety chains. If someone wants them worse than me, they'll have to work for them.

I hung 2 T hangers in my pass through. I can put 6 bag chairs in them or my mats. This gets then off the floor freeing up that space. These are what you would hang from the ceiling in a garage to store ladders and such.

Previously, I was looking at changing the stairs to the bed room as they are too steep and hard on the old knees. I was not able to change them due to the slide interference but while I was trying to figure it out I removed the top step and found more storage. The top step is no longer screwed down but stays in place due to carpet wrapped around the step. It is a great place to store drinks and water until needed.

Last week I repaired the bumper that I drug following my son into a MCDs parking lot. Bent the corner of 3/16" plate out also bending the corner molding. It was a chore straightening that plate. I had to remove the corner molding and put the meticulous Chip Foose 5 hours of straightening on it but I got it straight.

This the second time I tore up the corner of the bumper but it was the other side. I can't imagine what it would have cost for a RV center to do this but on a 2006 it looks just fine and it was only my time.

I didn't do anything to my camper, but I did do something for it!

I do have a rock driveway laid down. Concrete next year. Need to save a bit more.
