Where are these staples coming from??

I have a 2016 Coachmen Apex 300BHS and have noticed the last few times I've extended the kitchen/couch slide there have been 2 or 3 decent size staples on the floor under where the couch would be when slide is in. I've looked around and cant seem to figure out where they are coming from...curious if anyone may have an idea where they're coming from or if anyone has experienced this before.

The factory uses all sizes of staples to attach everything and anything.
A photo of the staples and the area where you think they come from might be helpful.

You will continue to find all kinds of stuff, hardware, ect, that the workers like to leave behind. Not uncommon to find staples, screws, styrofoam bits, sawdust, wood chips, wood remnants from where a hole was cut thru a wall, wire ties, carpet and floor covering bits and pieces, ect.
If your lucky you might even find a tool or two.
After 3 years, I still occasionally find debris when giving our rig it's twice yearly interior detailing (not cleaning, but a through detailing).
Just think of it as a kind of scavinger hunt.

My guess is they are coming from the floor in the slide. Our first Wildcat MAXX has soooo many staples holding down the carpet in the slide and at least 50% were not all the way into the floor.

Look under the slide when extended, reads like the cover under the slide is coming off.

After further inspection I found that the staples were coming from under the couch cushions, there is some fabric under there that was being held together with staples.
