Sitting on the throne of our Sunseeker, the shower is on the left and the divider wall between the bathroom and the BR is on the right. We mounted the roll holder above our right shoulder. It is easily accessible and does interfere with movements (physical movements, OK moving around-you know what I mean). Our wall had a little offset and we used a hay hook type holder that is convenient to change. We positioned the holder so that the wall offset held the roll in place. It was, by far,the best place in our unit. Never thought about the Easter hat idea in post 11.

We use a free standing holder. Works fine.

My chief concern is always WHAT is the wall like? How strong? Anything behind it that might be damaged? What fastener can I use that will do the job and not rip out?

We purchased a wire one that sits on the floor and can store uo to three rills of paper under the roll in use I think it was Walmart or maybe Bed Bath and beyond

I thought it odd when I found a toilet paper holder in the vanity of our FLagstaff V-Lite. Where to mount it? Hmmmmmm! No wonder it was in the vanity. They didn't know where to mount it either.

The dealer left ours in the box. He reasoned that everyone had a different mounting idea, so they leave it to the buyer. Good thing, because it was an ultra cheapo and we found one in a home supply store that worked much better. We mounted it high on the side where it doesn't get bumped, doesn't interfere, is convenient to reach, and easy to change rolls. Four people have used it and like the location. We are pretty sure that who ever would have installed it would have put it in a more traditional location. The one supplied by FR went to recycle.

Free standing is a good option.

Yup a free stander here too. I didn't want anything on the walls where the kids can rip it off and leave a hole. For towels we have an over the door top towel/coat hanger.

Same here. The wall behind was curved and the only flat surfaces in reach were cabinet doors. Didn't want it on the outside so Gorrilla-glued a piece of 1x3 to the inside of the door and screwed into that.

We have the same 2500TS. We put ours on the wall opposite the shower. It is above the shoulder while seated and just forward of the notch in the wall. Easy to reach and it doesn't interfere. It doesn't unravel when traveling.

Although you may not realize its importance, it is a good idea to have a slight drag on the roller. My previous TT had the holder on the back wall and I lost count of the number of times coming home after a bouncy ride that I had a full roll unwound on the floor (and there was no loose end to start).

You are right on when it comes to a little drag,,, or you have to find a way to clamp the roll !!!

Same issue with ours. Anywhere we would have mounted it was to get wet TP or a bruise from banging into it, and there was no room inside the vanity to mount in there.

So we went with a floor model. Holds two TP rolls in the bottom and one in use. We can move it to wherever the user needs it, and it fits behind the toilet when we're moving.

It also looks very nice; so nice, that we're seriously considering one to replace a TP holder in the S&B.

Squeeze the roll so it is more oval than round. An oval roll will not unwind.
