My last (and only) two trailers have been rear living FP, which I've really liked.
However, as someone mentioned in a long-ago post... RL generally means mid-kitchen, and there's less storage with those. And, yes, that's the price I pay for that rear view...
Although the heaviest items (appliances) tend to be situated near or over the axles, which is good.
Was wondering what floorplan(s) generally give the most storage (rear kitchen, front kitchen, rear bedroom, etc.) ?
I know some here love their 5'ers for the basement storage -- I'm looking more at inside storage, given the same size range (IOW, I know there's going to be more storage in a 42' toyhauler vs. the 23' (box size) I have now.)
In short, I'm willing to give up my RL floorplan in 'the next trailer', if I find something else that appeals to me.
Also, FWIW, I do like what I've seen of the newer Rockwood rear bedroom slide plans with the front kitchens; they seem to have good storage all around.
If you want to recommend a brand over a floorplan (including SOB) that seems to really knock it out of the park WRT storage, that's fine, too.
I also know that a BH plan can be good for converting to office space (or just more overall storage), but window views seem to suffer w/ a BH, and I prefer a full-width bath over a half-width.
That being said, I hope this doesn't start an argument over "what's best"; I've read enough half-ton vs. 3/4 vs 1-ton SRW vs DRW threads
