Who has a wife that's not afraid to pull a camper?

My wife can pull our 5th camper just as good as I,,, as a matter of fact she can back it better than I can. For some reason she had knack for backing the 5th wheel into tight places so I pull and she backs it in the sites, works for us plus its nice having someone to help with the driving chores

Completely agree. I do the easy bit - the driving, wife does all the hard work, backing up and can get our TT into some really tight treed sites normally first time as well, I just drive up stop, hop out and watch really !!!

my wife and took our new travel trailer out last weekend with 4 of her girl fiends. i thought she would need to ask for someone to back it in for her, but she said they did fine, although some guys nearby asked her if she needed help when hooking up to leave. I was really impressed.

Jester, our wives must be sisters! She won't even consider backing the TT into a space.

I can barely get my wife to drive at all! She about threw a fit when I asked her to return an empty U-Haul car trailer to the store. Only 3 miles away. And she had them back it up to unhook it! won't catch my wife behind the wheel. Ain't gonna happen.

I can pull our 16' boat around and last year I learned how to back it up. I was always afraid to, and would make someone else do it, but I wanted to learn how to do it myself. I'm not so gung ho on pulling around our 32' TT and backing it up. Not saying it's never going to happen, but I'd have to practice first in a BIG parking lot. I love to drive and my DH probably wishes I were a mute when he's driving; I'm a COLOSSAL back seat driver and I panic easily when I'm not in "control." Probably because I'm a Leo. LOL

My wife has only pulled the TT a couple of times. If it were a 5th wheel, I'd worry less, but the tongue pull can get all kinds of squirrely in a hurry, and she'd panic.

Now my neighbor can hardly drive the TT, and his wife does all the driving/ parking and is damn good at it!

Whatever direction we're traveling, that is the way the wind is blowing from.
