Alaska trip is in the bag

Made it home today after 80 days and 12,552 miles up and back. No major problems at all other than the road conditions some of which were as bad in the lower 48. There was an 8 mile stretch just north of St. Johns Az. that was as bad as anything I encountered on the ALCAN.

Would I do it again? You bet I will.

Glad you are back safe. Didn't you have a significant personal issue on the trip? Not sure I would say the trip was without a major problem. Still praying for ya.

Yes, other than my wife passing away it was a good trip. Now to pick up the pieces and start a new life without that sassy little gal.

Congrats on the safe trip. Condolences on loosing your partner. 80 days is quite a long journey. I used to live in Eagle River, AK and worked on the Pipeline many years ago.
