Best party streets in the USA

Best 4 party streets in the USA? Jeff's professional opinion after doing 15000 miles in a few months. #4. 6th street Austin. Beer, close to home, good music, but some beggars and a little dirty. # 3. Broadway/2nd street Nashville. Beer, best music, very clean. #2. Bourbon Street New Orleans. Beer, great food, good music, great people watching, nudity, as dirty as 6th st. #1. Duval St Key West. Beer, great music, WARM in February, great people watching, good food, clean, but its a long way. # 1 and #2 is a hard call but I could see living in Key West. Las Vegas Blvd doesnt count. Its not good music/bar crawling fun but fun for a lot of reasons! Did find beer and fun but nothing beating the top 4 in DC, NYC, Charleston, Savannah, St. Augustine, Miami, Moab, Santa Fe, Pagosa Springs, Breckenridge, LA area, and SA. As you can see beer is good! What is your favorite party street?

Because of this one word, #2 should be #1 and vice-versa.

Broadway St, NYC (Times square). Lots of good food, people watching, police presence, and an energetic vibe.

Duvall Street in Key West is great on weekends, but Fantasy Fest (Halloween Weekend) is a whole ' other experience. But you really can't afford to live in Key West unless one of the top 5 percenters. Extremely expensive to live, low wages.

I would agree on Duval Street in Key West and add 7th Avenue in Ybor City, Tampa.

Made it to Beale street. Great music and BBQ. Loved it! Not sure where it ranks in my original post. Probably right there with Nasvillle and Austin. I do know that Branson is NO FUN if like these other party streets. Ovward Ho!

Branson is a geezer town with a bunch of hacks charging ridiculous amounts of money for cover band music. It is NOT a party town at all!

No disagreement about Branson being a geezer town but...Try Top of The Rock! Beautiful view, nice ambience and prices are reasonable AND salute to sunset is great! There is a lot more to Table Rock Lake than Branson.

You are so right! With all that being said in my first post, there is a lot of things to do in and around Branson. (Sorry to hijack this post; I know it's supposed to be about party cities) How about downtown Dallas right before the OU football game?

I basically grew up on 6th street in Austin, TX. The stories and things that happened on that street, no one should remember. A little more touristy now that 30 years ago, but still lots of fun to be had. We hit 6th about once a month and Esther's Follies on 6th about once every 6 months. Great Show...if you're not easily offended or take politics too conservatively.
