Brookville Lake, Indiana

We have heard that Brookville Lake in Indiana is a really nice campground. Has anyone been there or know anything about it. We have looked for pictures but can't find anything.
Thanks in Advance,

Kellie

There are two nice state campgrounds about 10 miles apart. Mounds state recreation area and Whitewater state park. There are also a few small private campgrounds. I would pick Mounds. You will find info via the Indiana DNR (department of natural resources). They have an excellent website covering all state parks and rec areas.

The campgrounds in both parks have large sites and both parks have a beach. Mounds is on Brookville lake and Whitewater on a smaller lake. There are a lot of OH and KY visitors to this area of Indiana. We are there in a permanent owner owned campgound most every weekend located about half way between the state parks.
