I'd probably give them another chance....especially if their weren't a ton of other bad reviews. I also do tend to stay away from campgrounds with seasonal campers....they don't generally seem as firendly and tend to act as if occasionals are a nuisance.
Agreed! The manager of the campground in question had the testicular fortitude to basically admit wrong doing even though it was out of her control. I just wish the campground owner that had his shore power socket wired wrong that fried my camper had the same testicular fortitude and admit his wrong doing.

i read the op's comments, and i see where the campground owner has tried to make things right. it would be nice to see the original poster return and at least give his side of the story on how things all worked out by the owners offer/show of apology.

its supposed to be about the journey, not the destination. the world is full of all types of people and not all are pleasant to be around.

Temporarily closing this thread while the site team looks it over. It's so far off the tracks right now.

When you see a welcome sign that looks like it was printed by someone with a magic marker, that should be the first red flag.... It really doesn't cost that much to have the sign done by a professional.... After all, it is the first thing seen as a camper pulls in....
