Denali Highway report
Welp, just had to do it. Went and did a few things around the Denali area then decided to take the old Denali Highway from Cantwell to Paxson. It is worse than the road into McCarthy. It is 108 miles of washboard, potholed off kilter road I have driven on this trip. But the wild back country that goes on forever is beautiful. I saw every type of rig on this road from class A's on down to bicycles and never met anyone having a problem.
I am staying at the BLM Tangle Lakes campground for two days and about to think about heading back south.
