Finding places to dump...

Our normal use of our new toy hauler is different than most of you. We'll be traveling to different towns across IL, IN, WI, MI and IA to BBQ Competitions. At most of these places we will be parking on city street or an open field. Electricity and water is typically provided, but there isn't any place to dump. So, I'm going to be trying to find someplace to dump on the way back home. I've looked at some of the web sites and i-phone apps that list dump sites, and that helps, but will most campgrounds let us pull in and dump (even if it is for a fee) if we didn't camp there?

Also, are there any sites that will let me put in our route and show me dump sites along the route? Are there any sites that you find particularly helpful in finding dump sites?

Check out the woodall site. They will list campground in area you are at. Will let you know if campground offer dumping for a fee.

Flying J and Pilot Travel centers have rv dump stations, use this web site to search on amenities it will list all of them you can then click on the heading to sort by state or what ever you need.
