Fuel Pumps

Another of my pet peeves, fuel pumps that automatically shut off at 75 dollars. On our trip to NY and back, the price of diesel ranged from $4.10 to $4.16 per gallon. $75 dollars buys just a tad over 18 gallons of fuel. What do they think I’m driving, a Volkswagen turbo diesel? With fuel prices so high, the least they could do is increase the shutoff to $100.

Gas stations on the interstates that think 60ft truck / trailer combos can fuel up with the way pumps are set that you need to try and drive into the front of the store. I actually had to leave a few as I could not turn into the pumps and a couple I blocked the exit from other pumps while putting 25 gallons in. Funny thing abt 80% of the gas stations we encountered on the interstates going to Indiana were not real RV friendly and coming back through the back roads of northern Michigan / Wisconsin abt 99% were easily accessed with a unit the size of ours. Also on the interstate encountered a number of stations that required me to prepay on my CC and that does not sit well with me and yet none did on the back road gas stations (when are you guys ever gonna get chipped CC's that have a PWD)
