I have a post about the 465T. I purchased one in December and it lasted a few days, got a replacement and that one died also. I now have the Dezl 560 LT (Garmin) and it works great.

Garmin GPS

Not familiar with the Worldnav but I have a Garmin 1450LMT and love it! The LM stands for lifetime map updates so in theory it will never be obsolete.

I have had the world nav 7400 and do not like it at all. I drive for a living and this thing was junk . I just bought the rand mcnally and to this day it has not let me down . its a little more but when u need to know were to go and were you can not go this is the one to have.plus updating the map is easy and free for life. hope this helps

I have a garmin 885. This model can be operated through voice commands. It works well but I did not get lifetime map updates included which makes this piece obsolete in a couple years (without spending as much money as a new one for a map update...). Consumer reports consistently rates garmin's as the best but make sure you get one with the free map updates.

happy camping,

Fishooker, what exactly was wrong with the 7400?

well when i had it set on shortest way, even with it set on car mode it wanted me to run an extra 138 mile to get home( my tom tom was the same way never would it let me go down us 421 in nc to wilmington from greensboro nc always a different way even set on shortest route. I always said know were your going first ,that a gps is really only good for your last few miles i don't say that anymore with the rand mcnally. sound is not good you have to hook it up to a ext. speaker

Thanks fishooker, info like this is usefull.

I found this link which says truck routes for Canada are not available on the Nuvi 465T at all!

Truck driver GPS review comparison and rating features - Garmin, PC Miler, and Rand McNally TND

The rand McNally TND 500/700 comes out tops between the 4 makes compared! No mention of the Worldnav though!
