X2

If a short stay, ask for a pull thru site. All I do is hook up the water and electric for overnighters. I dump the next AM if the tanks are very full. 80 gallons of grey & black water weighs 600 pounds and I don't need to carry that extra weight.

If the site is level, I may not put down the jacks.

I wouldn't think so when we are traveling I figure how many miles I plan on driving a day I have a good sam's campgroung and a passport America camp ground book taking in how many miles I try to find one in that range. You get both these apps online.

In the summer we have had to move at least once during the week in the same campground due to being booked.

Make Reservations soon as NC and SW Virginia campgrounds book up fast for October as it is leaf turning season.

MB is great in October if you do not have kids you might want to stay away from Ocean Lakes Campground in Myrtle Beach....... If you have kids I recommend it . In October their Halloween weekends have grown to three weekends. Costume contests / Trick or Treat & numerous campers will be decorated accordingly. We had to make the actual Halloween weekend reservations last year.

Like the others I think 3 stops in a 2 week period will be OK. X2 on how easy setting up or breaking camp will be depends on your camping style.

You'll be shocked at how it can be time consuming at first, and shocked again after a few tries how quickly and easily it can be done.

I've done two campgrounds in a week, but this August I have a two week, five campground and three truck stop trip planned, I'll let you know how that works out!
Unfortunately, we can't practice. Vera is stored about 2 hours away as we are in an HOA community and can't have RVs. All the local storage is $100+ per month.

When we were working and had 2 week vacations out west, we usually hit 12 to 13 different campgrounds in 14 days.
