I-65 Louisville Ky to Indianapolis In

We will be heading to Indianapolis and passing through Louisville Ky next month. We quit going that route last year as the roads were so bad with potholes although the route we now take adds an additional 100 miles to our trip. Has anyone gone on I-65 between Louisville and Indianapolis lately and found the road any better.

I drove that way back in october. Road seemed fine and in good condition if I remember correctly.
