looking for campground info

good afternoon everyone. I know its early but I am already planning for our June to July holiday as the camps fill up quick. My wife and I are looking at staying at Lakeport State Park in Michigan. It looks like the south park is better suited for rvs and we are wondering if anyone has stayed at the park and can offer and assistance for site selection. Thanks. Good afternoon to you also !! We have stayed at Lakeport State Park several times this past spring, summer and fall and enjoy both the North and south campgrounds. The north campground has the "park store " which saved my butt on one trip when i somehow forgot to pack the bacon and eggs ....The south campground is more of a laid back ,quieter , campground (fewer kids) more seniors... further away from the beach..Hope this helps..
