Mexico bound Puerto Penasco

I'm researching Puerto Penasco/Playa Bonita area of Mexico for the coming months of Nov./Dec/Jan. Pls. let me hear from people who have been, and have information to offer based on their recent i.e. 5 year experience. (Pls. note that this is not a request for opinions about travel to Mexico.) I am interested in access to internet, phone service, road conditions, RV parks and ???? I likely won't boondock until I have my own feet on the ground in Mexico and can connect with experienced travelers. My partner may need to fly in or out of the area. Having trouble locating information about local airports with flts to US or Canada? Any information would be appreciated. FYI, I have information on RV insurance already. Thanks in advance.
