New Campground Planned

This article appeared in our local paper today. The location is very close to the Yadkin River and the Rowan County line, where a new racetrack is supposed to begin construction soon. It is adjacent to the I85 corrider in Central North Carolina, a little over half way between Charlotte and Greensboro. I will keep tabs on what's going on and will post later as to progress. We are limited in our immediate area for good CGs to spend a couple days and nights without driving some distance, so this will be a welcome addition. Provided it's run properly. Time will tell.

Was this a go or not? When I'm camping down your way I like staying at Fleetwood RV Park beside Tom Johnson in Concord (of course during non race weekends).
