We went to the race in Kentucky, we stayed 6 miles from the track at a full hookup camp grounds. That is the way to go.

I stayed at Miller In SLC UT this memorial day for WSBK racing. Filled up with water at a flying J near the track and used the Genny alot. It was a total blast and i guarantee a better experience than camping a few miles away. The other campers there were definitely in it for the party as there were alot of folks who didnt even know what WSBK was beside us.

I highly recomend it but plan it as a boondocking event and bring a pitbike or quad to get around as these tracks are huge and spread out.

I heard that was a nightmare. Poor planning and bad traffic. What did you think? might go next year.
