Does anyone have a rating form that they use to rate and keep track of campgrounds that they visit?
We meet a lady last year who gave us a copy of one she had made and I cannot find it. I know she had different catagories and rating for different things at each place they visited.
I would like to see if anyone else has done something like this? what kind of things do you list?

Just a question but once you rate a campground on your list for various things what do you do with it?
Thought that was a great idea, so I used the one from RV Park Reviews, and made a Word form. I don't know that I can upload it here, but will nice for future use. I made the form because I would prefer to keep them digitally versus having a bunch of printed papers.
I figured out how to attach a document. Here is the form I made. My plan is to save each trip under a new name (Mill Creek July 2012 for example), and keep all the forms in one folder for easy finding.
I keep a 4x6" photo album of our camping trips. I use the 4x6" double photo pages. On each page I include a pix of our site or something special in the campground, as well as I have pre printed 4x6 index cards that I made, where I can notate what fun we had at that particular camping site including dates. I also include a rating of the campground and why I rated in that manner. I include which sites I would never camp in plus which sites are the best. It really helps if we go back to the same campground and want to be in a better site. Plus it is a lot of fun to reminisce on rainy days when you are stuck inside.
