Here in Canada, highways are posted at 100 km/hr or 60 miles.
That's what I do, also better on gas economy.

Speed limit for all vehicles with trailers in California is 55.

Speed limit for all vehicles on I-10 in west Texas is 80.

I tow around 60. My engine purrs at that speed in 4th or 3rd. Any faster, she goes into 5th and lugs too much. I am considering getting my transmission TCM flashed again with minor adjustments.

Well, that shouldn't be a problem, the one time I was in LA (ok, Pasadena) I don't think I saw a car doing over 30, in the 55 zone. Frustrating as all ______.

Last time I was in UT. parts of I-15 was posted at 80 Did not take long for the 6.4 to get it there but it is kinna strange to watch the fuel gage needle move.

ID. is looking to raise the current 75 to 80.

Speed

60 to 62 mph, good mileage, truck runs good, easier on tires, doesn't make that much difference in arrival time on a normal travel day. Just my opinion. Do what is comfortable and SAFE for you.l
