We keep a bit more water than normal in the camper's fresh water tank this time of year. It is inside and will not freeze (when you are heating the camper). Use the fresh water hose bib to put enough water to get you through the night and to your next stop (Further south one would hope). Disconnect the hose and put it away. Make sure you put the cover over the spigot if that is how the campground operates.
I don't leave any hoses hooked up when it calls for freezing weather at night. Last thing I need is to have hoses frozen to the ground or the camper. It is also near impossible to roll up a frozen hose.
