We are first time 5th wheel owners, having just sold our A class M/H. We purchased it from Holiday World RV in Orono, Ont. Canada in the late fall of 2012. We basically brought it home and parked it for the winter. The last storm of the season April 11/13 was an ice storm which brought down a lot of tree branches, One of which went into the roof of our brand new never even slept in trailer. We contacted the Ins. Co. and talked to Barry ( Owner ) at Holiday World, as to what we should do, Barry took control of basically everything and dealt with the Ins. and contacted Forest River about repairs.
Almost immediately the Ins. Appraiser was at the dealer and shortly after our trailer was on its way back to Forest River factory for a new roof all under the direction and co-ordination of Barry himself. It was 5 weeks to the day from the time of the damage to us having our trailer back. Forest River did a great job replacing the roof and we thank them very much, and Barry and the staff did an outstanding and over the top job taking care of us.We can't thank all those involved enough.We have used our neww trailer a few times now and love it. Again thanks to Holiday World RV, and Forest River.
