Just traded a 2011 Lacrosse 303 RKS (of course we stayed with Prime Time) and we had 3 full years and over 200 nights spent in it with no major issues that I didn't cause. And the issues I did have, were easily fixed. On the 3 occasions where I had to contact PT, their customer service was above and beyond.

It's ok, I have a 303rks. Don't have anyway to compare it vs other units as this is my first camper. Had some issues but nothing major. I think when you buy a home on wheels that is considered "light" you will have some issues. The biggest is screws falling out of everything as they have nothing to grab other than the light/hollow wood they are screwed into. Had cabinets/ lights, closet doors and shades fall apart during travels. Generally easy fixes but still inconveniences. I also am a realist in that what do you really expect out of paying $24k??? All my vehicles and boat cost way more and they don't have a bed, couch, table, plumbing, lighting, 2 tv's, storage galore, etc.

People on here have a tendency to make some complaints about there units but the fact remains is if you want high end with few problems buy a mobile suite, cardinal, Montana, and be prepared to pay north of $75,000 and a small semi to tow it.
