2015 31bkis

Hello to all.
We just took delivery of our new Wildwood 31BKIS, and are taking it out today for a ov r r night shake down.

We have had a couple of motor homes in the past so we are familiar with the major systems. We anticipate a little bit of a learning curve related to loading and set up. Over all we a re very excited.

Does anyone have experience using one of these during winter in the south? (Central Alabama)
We never winterized any of our motor homes we just kept them heated and during extreme cold events provided extra protection to the plumbing under the floor.

We are considering putting a portable 2 burner electric or propane stove in the outside kitchen to be able to expand our out door cooking capabilities. Anyone have suggestions along these line would be helpful. The outdoor kitchen was a big feature for us.

We'll got to finish loading up, we will see how it goes.

Alabama State Parks Free Camping this week!

I noticed that there were several welcomes on other threads from folks in AL. Not sure if you are aware but the parks are offering free camping this week.

We took our new camper to Oak Mountain for its first outing and they informed us of their customer appreciation free camping week.

Hello to fellow AL campers.
