2017 Sunseeker 3050 with slide stuck out!

Hi! Am very new to FR! Loved the product despite some smaller issues until today... Anybody have experience with FR- Sun customer service or the stuck slide out? Yes we have tried manual override - not working. Coachnet wants to remove motors, push in slide so we can move. But we need to pay? We are awaiting an answer from customer service re the Big Problem. StarCraft was our former RV and found them very responsive to our tiny questions. We are literally stuck! Any ideas?? OMG

Do you have a big slide on the lt side? check in the mid storage comp, should be a hex head drive , did you try to turn it. or does yours have a elec controller, if the slide isn't jammed up on the tracks, unplug the motors from the controller and get a few poeple see if you can push it in, then hook tthe motors back into the controller, it holds the brake curcuit.

Can hear the motors humming or trying to move the slide in? Anything, even a pencil under the slide floor, can prevent it from coming in.

Thanks! It is an electric Schwintek - It clicks. The controller says that motor 2 has a short circuit.

Locate controller; disconnect motors; push slide in all the way; reconnect motors (which locks the motor brakes).

Thanks for thought. Will this void the warranty? It is a full wall slideout on a 32 footer wonder if my wife and I could do it.

What we had to do was while my wife held the 'in' switch, I pushed the slide in closest to the motor that wasn't working. We took it in to the dealer and had motor #1 replaced.
