365 saq

Hello,
My name is Eddie. I just bought a 2012 365 saq. Very excited! This is my first 5th wheel. I had a Outback 250rs, but was just too small for the 5 of us. Anything I need to know about the sandpiper that isn't comman knowledge?

Thanks.

Congrats, I have the same camper only mine is the sierra 365 we just got ours in oct. We traded a outback 310bhs, same reason as you I have a family of 5 and wanted something bigger. I can tell you that you will love this camper, the only thing i can tell you to watch out for is the flip up bunk in the rear. Be very careful how much pressure you put on the front of it because it will pull out at the back side, It really needs legs on the front of it which is what i plan on putting on it. Other than that everything is great. Enjoy!

Congratulations, We have the Sierra version and the space is great. Be careful opening and closing the slides, be sure the straps are on and the Velcro on the door handles in the bunk room are tight and the back bathroom door is closed, if not you will be fixing wood pieces and doors. Also open the back bath door and check that the inside door is closed before opening the slides. Happy camping

2012 sandpiper 365 saq

Just got back from North Carolina looking at a 2012 365 saq Sandpiper. Didn't have one close by to look at so we took a little road trip. All I can say is these look like they are an awsome camper. From the outside kitchen to the huge bunk area. The one we looked at had the kahlua interior with dark "hardwood" floors and cabinets. Also had equafllex suspension, central vac, king bed with serta matt.,aluminum wheels, painted front cap, ceiling fan, fantastic fan, spare tire, ladder, heated underbelly, etc. Price was $39,803.00. We will be buying one of these we just don't want to buy so close to winter and not use it till spring. Called local dealer today and he has to order one from factory. He is going to be in the $37,500 range for the exact camper Does this seem like a comparible price???

Yeah that is what we paid. Ours had all of that except the central vac. Has two slide out storage boxes under the camper.
