95 Vectra Class A furnace thermostat replacement

Hello! I am new here and I need advice on replacing my thermostat for heating/cooling. I have a two stage system with heat from the floor and AC from the ceiling. I am including pictures. I watched many videos and read many articles on this and decided to tackle it. What should have been straight forward ended up being not so much. Instead of the few wires most RV's have, my tstat has 9. As you can see by the pics, there are two wires marked Y1 & Y2. These are for the stages on the AC (I believe). Those have no where to plug in when I tried to put in a digital thermostat. Has anyone done this? Can it be done? Any help will be most appreciated! Thank you!
