Alaska this summer
My wife and I are planning the Alaska Highway trip this summer. I've been once (2008) and as a newly-wed looking forward this time going as a "couple". Anyone have any recent observations or words of wisdom? We're currently full time RVers in a Class A and awaiting delivery of a Rockwood 8265WS 5th wheel, which we intend to take. Tennessee is our state of residence.

2013 Alaska
Cheryl and I are making plans at this time for our trip next year. Just recently purchased a new 270 RET Crusader 5'er for the trip. Thought by having a newer model other than our 30FIS Sunnybrook Travel Trailer would be an asset.
We have given some thought to the caravan type trip but would like some feed back on others that have gone before us and what they think might be best for us first timers..
