Another new member from NC!!

We just came back from our first trip, out to Emerald Isle and love our new fifth wheel. Looking forward to many great trips in the future. Glad there is such a good owner's forum!

See you are from Durham, I am in Roxboro. Nice to have you, a nice place to camp close by is Kerr lake. Like county line will be trying north bend for the first time this July.

Not me, too many irons in the fire and just got another one added as I'll be "On Call" for CLT this season. (Hopefully he'll get the site on the ocean and I will be off call)

Greetings from Clayton. If you just got back from Emerald Island I imagine you stayed at Holiday Trav-L-Park. Did you like it?
We're fortunate living here as there are many great CG's close enough for a weekend trip. We're going to Crosswinds CG at Jordan Lake over the 4th of July.

Thanks for the welcome! We did stay at the Trav L Park and liked it. We arrived at the beginning of the week and it was not crowded. Almost every space filled in on Friday night, for the weekend. Even so, the park is clean, nicely laid out and convenient to the beach. The only down side, imho is the price, it is an expensive place to camp, at $75/night and higher in full season.

Hello Neighbors!

Nice to see you made it to The Forum. How was the maiden voyage in the new rig?

Yes, we will be going to Goshen. Perhaps you two can get it on your RV schedule?
