Hi Scotty49051,

Welcome to the Forest River Forums.

There are several ways to start RVing but one of the easiest way is to rent an RV to see how you like it or not. RV rentals can range from you picking it up and doing the driving to having it deliver* to your site at the campground (*selected companies only).

RV shows are a great way to look at many different models. Its not uncommon to go away as a new RV owner.

Whether you buy, rent, or otherwise, just take it one step at a time and you make the right choice for your family.

Take care,
Terier

With any product or company there will be good and bad reviews. Generally speaking people will tend to take the time to complain & give a substandard review but not so much when things go right.

Please continue to do your research in coming to a final decision. Is the uneasiness from the reviews, being a big purchase or a combo of both? This can be a big decision for sure - while I was excited I ponder if I was making a good choice in buying an RV or not. The unknown can be little scary.

Visit some of the other forums here at this site especially the one with the V nose trailers. This way you can direct feedback from owners.

BTW - I love my FR trailer!

We love our V nose. Flagstaff 30wfkss not sure exactly what your looking for and ho many you want to sleep, since we have the freestanding able ours only sleeps 4. I am with Terier though do your research and look at everything and don't forget to lay on the beds and sit at the tables, trust me this is important.
