Arctic pac switch

I have a new 2016 Georgetown Motorhome there is a switch that is labeled one way arctic and the other way PAC does anyone know what this which is 4 help

If the switch is on the Arctic what does that mean and if on PAC what does that mean?

I think the switch is just on/off for the arctic pac. It was just labeled that way. Yes, really dumb just like other confusing things on these units that one might run into. JMO
